Our Founder

Meet Melissa Elia, brand designer and founder of Studio Facio. Before launching the studio in 2019, Mel honed her craft working in-house with established brands — developing a deep understanding of what makes an identity not just beautiful, but strategically sound.

That experience shaped the way Studio Facio works today. Clients often say the process feels unexpectedly easy — collaborative, clear, and calm — even when the creative decisions are complex. Mel brings the rigour of a seasoned brand professional with the personal attention only an independent studio can offer.
